"Refund took way too long"
I returned my order and expected the refund to come through quickly, but this is where it got annoying, I’m still waiting on it. I’ve checked a few times and it just feels like it’s taking way longer than it should.

"Fit really depends on your shape"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was all over the place on me. It was baggy in some areas and weirdly tight in others, so I could see it maybe working better for someone with a different body shape. For me, though, it just didn’t sit right, and dealing with the return was a hassle.

"Great selection, but the popular sizes disappear fast"
I’m usually loyal to my go-to dress shop, so I almost felt like I was cheating a little by ordering from here. But they had a really good selection in stock and way more colors than I expected. The only downside was that some of the sizes were already gone, so I had to settle for my second choice instead of the one I originally wanted. Still, I ended up finding a dress I really like, and the site was simple enough to use. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Nice dress, but a little hard to justify the price"
The dress did look really cute online, and it fit me okay, but I have to be honest, the fabric just didn’t feel as nice as I expected for the price. Once you add shipping, it starts to feel like a lot to pay for something that’s just average. It’s not a bad dress, and I don’t want to be unfair, but I do think customers should get quality that matches what they’re paying. I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was on a big sale

"Packaging was okay, I guess"
The dress arrived fine, so at first I was like, okay, no big deal—but actually, the packaging did feel basic. The bag was a little wrinkled and didn’t seem all that protective, though nothing was damaged thankfully. I guess it did what it needed to do, but for the price, I was expecting it to look a bit nicer when it showed up

"Nice dress, but the delivery stressed me out"
The dress itself was actually really nice... but the shipping experience was not great. It showed up later than the date I was originally given, and the tracking hardly updated, so I had no clue what was going on. I ended up having to make backup plans for my event, which was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again.

I found way more cute dress styles than I expected, and picking just one was the hardest part. I was impatient waiting for it to arrive though, which got a little frustrating, but I’m still happy with what I chose...

"Color were close to the photos"
I got a dress from ladyblacktie and the color were close to what I saw online. It looked maybe just a little darker in person, but not enough to be a big deal, and it still looked really nice. I was kind of nervous because dress colors can be so different sometimes, but this one turned out fine. I’m giving it 4 stars since it wasn’t a perfect match, but it was definitely close enough

"Fair pricing for what you get"
I ordered a dress from ladyblacktie.com and overall felt like the price was reasonable. "Pretty accurate photos, thankfully"
I ordered a dress from Lady Black Tie, and the photos were close to what showed up. The color was almost the same in person, maybe just a little darker, but not enough to bother me.
The fit and fabric were about what I expected from the pictures too. I do kind of regret not looking harder for more close-up shots before buying, because a few extra details would’ve helped, but overall I feel like I got what was shown.

I really wanted to like this dress, but it definitely looked better online than it did in person. The fabric felt kind of cheap, and I noticed some messy stitching in a few areas. It fit okay, so not a total fail, but for the price I expected it to feel a lot nicer. Not saying it’s a scam, but I probably wouldn’t order it again...

"Pretty good dress for my cousin’s wedding"
I ordered this for my cousin’s wedding it turned out really nice. Like, better than I was expecting maybe? The fit was mostly good, though I did have to get the hem taken up a little. Not a big deal. It looked cute for the day and felt right for the occasion. I’d probably buy from here again.
